Chief Justice Rowe spoke at the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City on the Importance of an Independent Judiciary. The Rotary Club of Oklahoma City is the fourth-largest Rotary chapter in the world.
Rowe was the guest of President Ross Plourde and was introduced by Lou Kohlman, Esq., staff attorney to Vice Chief Justice Dana Kuehn.
